"My wife and I live in Manhattan and had an excellent experience with Dana buying our house this spring. We were fairly particular in choosing someone to represent us. Dana took an engaged and effective approach to listening early on. We think this saves everyone time of course, but the efficiency created is something you need as a buyer. The very first home Dana took us to see we bought! Prior to meeting her at the showing on the phone, We had only talked an hour about what we were looking for. As it turns out, after looking at 9 other properties over two weekends (and for 3 years informally) awe made an offer on that first house. All through our selection process, Data kept us focused on how it would feel on day 1, "Does this feel like home". She has a sincere desire to understand the house as well as the potential buyers (and often existing) sellers. It is is clear her background in architectural studies gives the ease to answer some more basic open house tour questions - but much of Dana'a real value comes From her ability to use her formal training to tease out the buyer's imaginations to help them how they might the house their home. She has extensive local expertise, a very good feel for where price sensitives lie, and it very professional all in all the most important ways.
