Since 2001, Dana Lansing has had the pleasure of selling unique and architecturally significant properties in Bucks County, Pa., and Hunterdon and Mercer counties in New Jersey. Whether they are 300-year-old stone farmhouses, exquisite mid-century-moderns, or intriguing newer homes, she enjoys making the sales process seamless for buyers and sellers. Dana believes that representing a highly unique property, whether as a listing agent or buyer agent, is both an art and a science. With years of experience in the marketplace, familiarity with inventory, and connections with key professionals to help close transactions, her goal is to help every client understand the dynamics of their local market. Her many repeat clients are a testament to the experience she brings to the process and the level of service she provides.
Presently a resident of Doylestown Borough, Dana was trained as an architect and holds a bachelor's degree in Architecture from Temple University, studying at the school's campuses in Rome and Philadelphia. This experience, along with earlier training in textile sciences and design, has been extremely helpful in her real-estate business as she can recognize potential in a property as well as advise clients on what likely is and is not possible in a renovation or addition. With her knowledge of the market, she can also help clients understand what improvements make financial sense. 'Real estate, especially in the Bucks County and Hunterdon County markets where the housing stock leans toward the unique, is such a fulfilling career for me,' says Dana. 'It feels so good to help people find just the right property, and quite often I can bring in my design experience to ensure that clients can take a building in the right direction for their goals.' Dana is based in Kurfiss Sotheby's International Realty's New Hope office.
